Where do you ship to?

We proudly ship worldwide!

How much is shipping?

There is FREE worldwide shipping on all clothes. Shipping prices on jewellery is:

Australia: $1.00 (flatrate)

Worldwide: $3.00 (flatrate)

What are your payment options?

We offer PayPal and credit card, if you are unable to purchase using these methods please contact us and we may be able to arrange a more suitable option for you.

How long does it take for my items to arrive?

Australia: 1-10 working days

Worldwide: 2-4 weeks

What is your refund/exchange policy?

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for items that are damaged in the mail, go missing, do not fit, the customer changes their mind upon receiving their order or is damaged by the customer. The ONLY reason we provide refunds or exchanges is if the item is faulty or if you were sent the incorrect size/product. Whether the customer chooses a refund or an exchange the item must ALWAYS be sent back to our head office, the shipping will not be reimbursed.

How can I cancel or change my order?

Unfortunately once your order has been placed we are unable to alter it an any way.

Can pendants be removed from the chains/cords?

Yes! all our pendants can be removed from all chains and cords, and are interchangeable (excluding adjustable genuine leather cords and some pendants that already come on a chain)
